Chester French – She Loves Everybody from Debut Album Love The Future

I first heard this song a couple years ago when it was played on Entourage, and I found the song online, and loved it. Then recently, to my surprise I saw a thread on a forum that was discussing their free mixtape they just put out with Clinton Sparks titled “Jacques Jams Vol. 1: Endurance“. The mixtape features Pharrell, Common, P. Diddy, Jermaine Durpri, Bun B, Pusha T, Jadakiss, and more. I loved the mixtape, and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for some new, refreshing music, and it’s free so you got nothing to lose! Their music isn’t normally the type I listen to, but I am really enjoying their stuff, especially the Hip Hop collabs. Their debut album “Love The Future” is coming out April 21st, and if you are feeling their music then I would strongly suggest you pick up the album. If you haven’t heard of them, you need to GET FAMILIAR! They have been building a pretty strong buzz off their hit song “She Loves Everybody“, and they are signed to Pharrell’s label Star Trak Entertainment. I hope these guys have a successful career in the music industry, and stick around for a while.

Eminem – We Made You (Music Video) (Zshare Download, Lyrics, Instrumental)

Eminem’s new single “We Made You” produced by Dr. Dre has finally leaked, along with the music video. This is the song you would expect from Em for his first single, so I don’t know how people could be “let down” by the song. The music video is pretty funny, and adds some life to the song. The more I listen to it, it’s actually a pretty dope song, for what it is. You’re not suppose to take this song seriously, and that’s where some people are missing the point. This is off his upcoming album Relapse, set to hit stores May 19. You can pre-order it through Amazon for only $9.99 through the link.

Slaughterhouse – Wack MC’s (Zshare Download + Lyrics)

New track from Slaughterhouse that leaked last night. I don’t think this song was supposed to come out, but it did. I wasn’t feeling it too much at first, but it’s starting to grow on me. I still think there was more potential for this song, but I’ll enjoy it as is cause it’s still not a bad song. They all should have spit more on topic in my opinion.

Added: Budden lyrics, will try to get to the rest soon as I can.

Slaughterhouse – Wack MC’s Lyrics

Joe Budden:
Look, I’m the perfect one to show ya
All that slick talkin could be over
All it’s gon’ take’s a U-turn from the chauffeur
You test me, you just see
We mix hands with guns that’s the hood’s UFC
And me, I never had gear, but since last year
I swore not to cop nothin if it wasn’t cashmere
Dudes is salty I’m fond of the sodium
Anticipate the shots like Obama at the podium
Me and y’all nowhere near the same pedigree
Not in layman’s terms, hypothetically, metaphorically
Lyrically not especially, theoretically
I mean we just different genetically
They ain’t named me the champion yet
And so it’s, AC Jeans, Champion sweats
Homie this is just a thought for Donnie Walsh DJ’s
That don’t wanna play the best nigga in New York

Slaughterhouse

Slaughterhouse just put out another track leaked by Budden last night on his forum. They are going back and forth every few bars in this very dope track. It’s always exciting to hear new material from these guys, and this track is fresh out of the studio. Crooked makes mention of his recently being shot. Royce also throws out a dope line to the people hating on Joe Budden’s girl, “You mad at Tahiri, cause ya ass ain’t famous, get it nigga, ya ass ain’t famous“. I think they all ripped it in this track, and I hope I can make it out to see them perform at the Paid Dues Festival March 28th.

Kid Cudi – Day N Nite (Official Music Video)

If you haven’t heard this song yet, then I personally feel you’re in for a treat. I first heard this song on Entourage, and later stumbled across it online a few months back. It’s a really good song from a new artist that goes by the name Kid Cudi. He was on a couple songs from Kanye’s 808′s & Heartbreak album (Welcome To Heartbreak and Paranoid), and he’s on Kanye’s label G.O.O.D. Music. There was another version of this video out with the Crookers remix that wasn’t supposed to come out, and he wasn’t happy about it being leaked. So after a couple months, the official music video has dropped, and you can see it above.

Joe Budden – Padded Room LEAKED (Tracklisting & Lyrics Coming Soon)

Padded Room In Stores NOW!

I just got my copy of Joe Budden’s 2nd official album, Padded Room, that the fans have been waiting 6 years for, and I am definitely happy with the final product. The album leaked last week, and I felt no guilt about downloading it, since I had pre-ordered it many months ago. After hearing the album a few times now, I can honestly say that it gets better every time I hear it. If you listen to the album briefly, or skim through it real quick, chances are you won’t get to fully appreciate it, and you will be missing out on some great hip hop music. Padded Room is a concept album, and some songs are linked to eachother, and there is a lot of hidden meanings behind the lyrics, so not everything you hear is what you might think it is. Budden is one of the most underrated artists of all time, and people are quick to talk about his lack of record sales, but if you take record sales out of the picture, he is one of the best rappers out. The album is definitely worth spending a few bucks on, and showing support for some real hip hop music.

Padded Room First Week Sales: 13,561 (According to HipHopDX)
I predicted he would sell around 10k first week. This is a good number for an independent release, with no music video out, and very little promotion. Even if he would have sold 10 records total, the album is great, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Padded Room will be in stores February 24th, and you can buy it online
@ Amalgam Digital, Amazon, Best Buy, and Itunes.

I’m gonna try to add the lyrics to all the songs as soon as I can, so be sure to check back for those.

Vikto Performing With Shy B At Dakota Lounge (Video)

Vikto plays the keys in a band for the artist Shy B, and they had a show this past week at Dakota Lounge in Santa Monica. I’ve seen them perform a handful of times, and it’s always a good atmosphere, good music, and they manage to pack the house everytime. This show was no exception. The videos don’t really do their performances much justice, but it can give you a small preview if you’ve never heard of them before. You can see the original site the videos were posted on, plus article @ MyCypher.com/SetToBlow. Vikto also blogged about it, and posted the rest of the videos on ViktoBeats.com

Joe Budden – In My Sleep (CDQ) (Zshare Download + Lyrics)

^ In My Sleep, promo video

Budden just posted this song on his website’s forums, and the official video should be coming soon. This is a single from Padded Room, which will be here February 24th. After hearing this song, and seeing theories about the lyrics, I have a whole new appreciation for it. Not everything you hear in the song is what you’d think at first, but everything means something, according to Joe Budden himself. This song has people trying to guess what he’s really talking about with certain parts, and it’s interesting to hear what they’re coming up with. Can you figure out who “The Man Walkin On Water“, “Bum With A Mansion“, “Virgin With Aids“, or the “Man With No Ears” are? There’s a lot of crazy hidden messages in the song, that I’m still clueless about, but you can read more theories on the JoeBuddenTv.com Forums, if you wanna get some ideas.

Joe Budden vs Joell Ortiz “THE RACE”!!!!

Joe Budden and Joell Ortiz had a foot race after Joell Ortiz kept claiming he could beat Budden in a foot race, and even went as far as saying he could beat any rapper in a race. The whole situation is comedy, and it’s always funny as hell seeing these 2 argue. The race itself took a lot longer then any race should ever take, with a countless amount of false starts, and re-do’s, but it was still entertaining. I was surprised by how fast Joell really was lol check out the video to see who won. I embedded the videos in HD so they might take a while to load, go to JBTV Youtube Channel, to see them in lower quality.

Padded Room is almost here, Feb 24th, show your support!
Pre-Order through Amalgam Digital, Amazon, or Best Buy.
It’ll be available in stores, and on Itunes as well.

Slaughterhouse Interviews with Miss Info & XXLMag.com

Miss Info interviewed Slaughterhouse after the Joe Budden & Slaughterhouse show they had on January 22nd, 08. As a fan of all these artists, it’s been great to see them join forces, and I think it’s great for Hip Hop, and can only be good for each of their individual careers as well. It’s always interesting to hear what they have to say in interviews, so be sure to check these out.
